Sales have officially launched at Coral Condo Samui, introducing 91 residences across four low-rise buildings near Lamai Beach. The collection includes large one-bedroom, two-bedroom and a limited three-bedroom home, with floor areas from approximately 67.61 to 157.98 square metres.

Ownership and reservation
Foreign freehold ownership is available within the legal foreign ownership quota. Thai freehold and company purchase structures may also apply depending on the buyer and selected residence. Independent legal advice is recommended so the ownership route is confirmed before signing.
The stated reservation fee is THB 50,000. The current payment structure provides for 30% within 30 days of contract signing, followed by 40% in construction-linked instalments over approximately nine months, and the final 30% on transfer of ownership. The exact contract schedule and applicable fees should be confirmed against the latest sales documents.
