A project shaped by local experience
A condominium is easier to understand when there is a completed project behind it. Coral Condo Samui is being developed by Estanan Company Limited, a Koh Samui developer with around two decades of construction experience and an established record in Lamai. The company’s previous condominium development, The Terraza Samui, provides a practical reference for what has already been delivered.
Terraza is a four-storey, 125-residence development completed in 2024. It brought together private units, a swimming pool, fitness facilities and reception services in a location close to Lamai’s daily amenities. The project sold successfully and became home to a mix of residents, second-home owners and investors.
What Terraza proved
For buyers, the significance of Terraza is straightforward: it can be visited, inspected and judged as a finished place. The completed buildings demonstrate the developer’s ability to move from concept and sales plans to construction, handover and occupied residences.
Feedback shared with the Coral sales team has been positive, particularly around the convenience of the Lamai location, the practical nature of condominium ownership and the community that formed after completion. Owners also value having a project team that remains accessible after the keys are handed over. Rather than relying on anonymous testimonials, prospective Coral buyers are encouraged to visit Terraza and form their own view of the completed work.
The next step, not a repetition
Coral Condo Samui takes the lessons of Terraza and develops them further. The new project has a smaller residential count of 91 homes, larger floor plans and a more distinctive architectural identity. Curved balconies and warm vertical elements soften the four low-rise buildings, while the central landscape is organised around resort-style pools, gardens and shared facilities.
The residences are also notably generous. One-bedroom homes begin at approximately 67.61 square metres, while two-bedroom layouts extend beyond 130 square metres. A limited three-bedroom residence measures 157.98 square metres. This emphasis on space reflects a growing demand from buyers who want a genuine home on Koh Samui rather than a compact holiday room.
Continuity matters after the sale
Buying overseas involves more than choosing a floor plan. Ownership structure, legal coordination, payment milestones, furnishing, rental preparation and future resale all require clear communication. Coral’s sales approach is built around a consistent point of contact and straightforward information, including the realities of foreign freehold quota and the costs associated with ownership.
That continuity is part of the developer’s wider proposition. Terraza demonstrated the ability to complete a substantial residential project in Lamai. Coral is designed as the next chapter: more spacious, more design-led and more focused on the experience of living in the project for years to come.
