How can I check current prices?

Use the available-units page to compare published prices. Ask for a dated availability sheet and written quotation for your preferred residence. A website listing should be reconfirmed before reservation.

Are foreign-freehold units listed?

The unit table identifies selected residences as Foreign Freehold, others as Thai Quota, and some as Contact us. Ask sales to confirm the current quota status of the exact residence you are considering. A general project statement does not confirm every unit’s status.

Is Coral Condo Samui ready for occupation?

The published construction information describes construction as under way with a planned 23-month programme. Request the latest dated progress report and contractual handover schedule. Furnished delivery describes the intended specification at handover, rather than confirming that a home is currently ready for occupation.

What facilities are planned?

The published master plan includes a lagoon-style pool, sunken pavilion, landscaped shared spaces, fitness and sauna areas, parking, controlled access and EV charging. Review the current specification and scheduled opening of shared facilities with the sales team.

Will the residence be furnished?

The project describes fully furnished residences. Request the itemised inclusion schedule for your selected unit, including furniture, appliances, fitted storage and finishes. Distinguish the contracted specification from presentation images and optional items.

Who is the developer?

The project identifies Estanan Company Limited as its developer and The Terraza Samui as a previous development. Read about the developer and ask about visiting the completed project.

What should I request before reserving?

Request the exact unit number, floor plan, sale area, price, current quota status, reservation terms, payment schedule, inclusion list, recurring charges and handover provisions. Have the documents reviewed before committing, and retain the dated written offer.
